Founding Members · Limited to 500

Three levels, and a rate for everyone.

Pick your level, then your rate — every one has a student and a couples price, and families get their own. Founding members pay $99 to enroll instead of the standard $299 — a saving of $200. Dues begin on opening day, July 7, 2027.

That’s $780 saved in your first year against the standard family rate. The founding rate runs for 26 biweekly payments — a full year — then renews at the rate in effect.

Every one of these includes the same one-time $99 founding enrollment. Household of seven or more? Talk to us — it’s $29 biweekly per additional member. Just two adults? The couples rates are cheaper.

How often am I billed?

Every two weeks — 26 payments a year. These are not monthly rates.

What do I pay today, and when does billing start?

Today you pay the $99 enrollment plus your first payment, which covers your first period of membership once we open. Your ongoing biweekly dues then begin on opening day, July 7, 2027 — nothing is billed in between.

Are classes included?

Group fitness classes are included in the Complete Membership only. The Fitness and Fitness + Pool memberships do not include classes.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There’s no long-term commitment — cancel anytime. Cancel before opening day and your enrollment is refunded in full.

Can I move up a level later?

Yes. You can move from Fitness to Fitness + Pool or Complete at any time, and your Founders enrollment rate carries over.
